Ts. Dr. Manju Appathurai holds dual doctorates in Artificial Intelligence and Crisis Economics, a Master of Psychology, and active clinical licensure at EFPA EU Level B (ISO 10667, BPS). She is a Licensed Technologist (Ts.) with MBOT, and a WTO, World Bank, ASEAN Secretariat, IORA, and GCC advisor across 25 consecutive years spanning six Malaysian ministries. She is Founding Principal of Mahat Advisory and the founder of APAC's first clinical AI agent workforce practice.
